Offices in Barrio el Pilar

The transformation of this commercial unit into contemporary offices was carried out within a limited budget, making the efficient use of resources one of the project's main challenges.

The original structure was preserved, exposing the reinforced concrete columns as a defining architectural feature, while a folded steel staircase became the focal point, connecting the two levels. Externally, the intervention was limited to the unit's façade, which was redesigned with porcelain cladding and black steel window reveals, giving it a contemporary identity while preserving the appearance of the rest of the building.
