Office Building Façade

We were entrusted with the refurbishment of the façade of this office building, whose original brick exterior had deteriorated over time.

The intervention involved the installation of a new ventilated façade combining metal panels and expanded metal mesh, completely transforming the building's appearance without altering its structure. The materials and finishes were carefully selected to complement the colour of the existing window frames, creating a balanced and contemporary composition.

The result is a modern, durable, and low-maintenance façade that enhances the building's identity while improving its long-term performance against weathering.
